Detail: CDC purchased this vacant 1,000,000 square foot former Fisher Body manufacturing plant on 64 acres from General Motors.
Solution: CDC promptly performed extensive environmental .remediation and interior and exterior renovation work. After converting the building into a multi-tenant facility, portions of the building were leased to various industrial users, before CDC sold the property to a commercial warehouse operator.
