Detail: CDC purchased this 145-acre cement manufacturing site in St. Louis, Missouri from Alpha Portland Cement.

Solution: CDC demolished and removed approximately 680,000 square feet of concrete and steel manufacturing buildings, performed asbestos and PCB transformer and heavy metals remediation. Today the site has been redeveloped into the largest industrial park in South St. Louis County.
