Detail: CDC purchased this 10 acre tract in Fenton, MO from a bank. The site was a 20 foot hill that was considered undevelopable by other developers
Solution: CDC removed the 135,000 cubic yards of rock from the site, rezoned it to neighborhood retail, subdivided and developed the site into 6 lots. The lots were sold to a variety of users including two fast food restaurants, a business college, a gas station / convenience store, and a day care center.
